Become a more fluent writer with support from our writing workshops.  Writing is a key to success in all degree and credential granting programs.  Writing workshops focus on foundational and advanced writing skill development.

Connect with employers and experienced professionals. Real world learning activities foster the skills and networks needed for future success.  Programming includes guest speakers, job shadowing, mentorships, consultancy projects, micro-internships and paid internships.

Attend courses in Reading, Math, English and Science.  Courses to assist in raising ACT scores that, in turn, may increase opportunities for financial assistance if attending institutions of higher education after completion of the fellowship.

Go beyond traditional training or classes to gain life skills.  Our Adulting lessons include resume building, networking, online profile branding, financial literacy and planning, managing savings and checking accounts, understanding loans and interest, interview skills, civic engagement, social and emotional learning, independent living and healthy habits for mind and body. 

Overcome unexpected roadblocks.  Learn tips and tricks for navigating online learning platforms and other technical challenges faced in the first year of a college or career training program.
